Meet the Oral and Facial Surgery of Western Kentucky Team
Natalie Hackett – Assistant Manager
Natalie has been with OFS since early 2020. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication, she became certified in administering cosmetic laser treatments. On her days off, she spends her free time with family, out traveling, and enjoying summer weekends on Kentucky Lake. Her favorite part about working at OFS is being part of a wonderful team and working with a highly-skilled surgeon, all of whom take great care in helping patients become more confident in their smiles.
Mackenzie Collier – Surgical Assistant
Mackenzie is one our newer additions at OFS, but her tenure in dentistry spans over six years. She is certified in IV Placement and her care and compassion for patients is exuded through her warmth and genuine concern for their well-being. She is an athlete and loves spending time outdoors too. Her favorite part of OFS is working with a patient-focused staff and the absolute, very best oral surgeon. “Dr. Harris cares deeply for all his patients, as if they are family. I am very thankful to have the opportunity to work in such a loving environment where genuine concern for others well-being is of the utmost importance.”
Shannon Cobb – Office Manager
Shannon brings thirty years of management and team building to Oral and Facial Surgery of Western Kentucky. She has been with Dr. Harris since the beginning, when his office opened in 2017. A sister among four brothers, she has tough skin but a warm and loving heart. Her free time is spent with family, most of which is split between three wonderful grandchildren. Shannon feels blessed to have the privilege of working and learning with a wonderful staff and an extraordinary oral surgeon.
Sandy Rodgers – Insurance Coordinator
Sandy has been with OFS four years now and brings over forty years of experience to the table, having worked in multiple facets and applications of insurance. Over the years, Sandy has earned several certifications through her continued attendance to insurance classes and seminars. As insurance coordinator for OFS, she must communicate estimates to patients and file insurance claims too, both of which she does very well. In Sandy’s free time, she enjoys reading a good book, as well as spending lots of time with her family.
Konnie Jackson – Surgical Assistant
Konnie has been with OFS for a little over a year now, and patients just absolutely love her. She is very empathetic and kind and truly cares for the patients she feels privileged to meet and serve. No matter what the situation, Konnie finds a way to make you feel at ease, whether it be through her silliness or her warm smile. In her free time, Konnie enjoys sewing, painting, gardening and spending time with her cats, all of which she considers family. “My favorite part of working at OFS is having the opportunity to help our patients, all while learning and growing with such a wonderful team and oral surgeon. I am very grateful to have the chance to work with people who are so caring and to learn from such a talented oral surgeon.”
